Who we are
Welcome to Paragon Ideas, where we bring a fresh, dynamic approach to tech consulting for nonprofits. I’m Micah Kurtenbach, founder of this millennial-driven, woman-owned firm. With over a decade of experience, I specialize in transforming business operations, strengthening client relationships, and implementing sustainable process improvements. My approach is rooted in collaboration, engaging every team, department, and stakeholder to ensure each change we make is both effective and seamlessly integrated.
Why nonprofits? For me, it’s personal. Having experienced firsthand the life-changing impact of nonprofit support, I’m passionate about giving back through Paragon Ideas. Our mission is to empower nonprofits to amplify their impact—not because we have to, but because we can. That’s what drives us every day.
Our team’s expertise goes beyond consulting. Katherine Ericksen, our IT specialist, brings over five years of experience in O365, Azure, and Exchange, with multiple certifications in Dell, Azure, and Security+. Katherine’s technical skills enhance our ability to deliver robust, efficient solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Natasha Gonzalez, our sales prospector, has a rich background in community engagement, public relations, and environmental advocacy. Her experience spans education, industrial fields, and nonprofit work, providing a unique perspective on how technology can support mission-driven organizations. Together, we offer a comprehensive, hands-on approach to every project.
Paragon Ideas isn’t your typical consulting firm. We’re here to show nonprofits that technology can be transformative—a true asset, not just a budget line. Whether we’re conducting license reviews or equipping organizations to make smarter tech choices, we bring passion, creativity, and forward-thinking energy to every project. The future of nonprofit impact is bright, and we’re here to ensure that technology plays a meaningful role in that journey.
