Our Services: Paragon Ideas, LLC provides a range of consulting services, including nonprofit license review and optimization, website and business development, customer experience strategy, and startup consulting. We partner with organizations and individuals across various industries to deliver insights that drive efficiency, growth, and impactful outcomes.

2. Scope of Services

Preliminary Assessment: The initial meeting includes a preliminary assessment for an upfront flat fee, covering a review of current status and initial recommendations for potential improvements. Please contact us for the most up-to-date pricing.

Full Assessment and Recommendations: For clients seeking a comprehensive analysis, we offer full assessments with tailored recommendations in areas such as licensing optimization, business development, customer experience, and startup strategy. These services are billed at our current hourly rate; please contact us for the latest pricing information.

Ad-Hoc Consulting: We also provide ad-hoc consulting services, allowing clients to engage us for specific projects or short-term needs, including website development, business strategy, customer experience, and startup planning.

Exclusions: Unless specified in a separate agreement, our services do not include ongoing management or post-implementation support for technical, administrative, or operational activities.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

Service Fees: Fees vary based on the type and scope of service provided. Specific fees and payment schedules will be outlined in a Service Agreement provided prior to the start of each project or engagement.

Invoicing and Payment Terms: Payment terms are net 30 from the invoice date unless otherwise specified. Invoices are issued based on the agreed-upon payment schedule, whether on a one-time, monthly, or project-based basis.

Financial Accommodations: For clients requiring specific financial considerations, such as those awaiting grant funding, alternative payment arrangements may be requested with confirmation of funding details and payment timelines.

4. Confidentiality and Data Security

Data Protection: Paragon Ideas, LLC is committed to upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and data security. We are actively implementing measures to ensure compliance with all applicable data privacy standards.

Use of Client Information: Client data is used solely for the purpose of providing consulting services and is never shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership and Usage Rights: All reports, recommendations, and assessments provided by Paragon Ideas, LLC are proprietary and intended exclusively for the client’s internal use. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing these materials without prior written consent is prohibited. Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in contract termination and could lead to further legal action.

Use of Generic Insights: Paragon Ideas, LLC reserves the right to utilize general insights and anonymized data trends derived from client engagements to improve our services and inform internal practices.

6. Termination of Services

Termination by Either Party: Either party may terminate this agreement in writing at any time. Invoices for services rendered up to the termination date are due within 30 days of termination.

Outstanding Fees: The client is responsible for settling payment for all services completed up to the termination date, in accordance with our standard net 30 payment terms. Paragon Ideas, LLC reserves the right to require payment of all outstanding invoices prior to the continuation of any services or the release of final recommendations, plans, or project documents.

7. Dispute Resolution

Mediation: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation. A neutral mediator will be selected, and the mediation process will be conducted in Pinellas County, Florida.

Arbitration: Should mediation not result in resolution, the dispute will proceed to binding arbitration, following the guidelines of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision will be considered final and binding.

Jurisdiction: Any mediation, arbitration, or legal actions will be held in Pinellas County, Florida.

8. Changes to Terms

Paragon Ideas, LLC reserves the right to periodically update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. Clients will be informed of significant updates in writing or via email, and the latest version of the Terms will always be accessible on our website.
